Upon full payment for a project, intellectual property rights in custom deliverables produced for a client will be assigned to that client as specified in the relevant engagement agreement.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Payment terms

Payment terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
