These terms apply to LKR Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registered office at 10 St. Giles Avenue, Lincoln, England, LN2 4PE ("LKR", "we", "us").

3. Our services
LKR Consulting provides technology consulting, application development, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project are agreed in a separate written engagement letter or statement of work.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website is the property of LKR Consulting Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a project, intellectual property rights in custom deliverables produced for a client will be assigned to that client as specified in the relevant engagement agreement.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely information required to deliver services
- Ensuring they have the rights to any content or materials supplied to us
- Making payments in accordance with agreed terms
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LKR Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
8. Payment terms
Payment terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
